Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

At Viva Your Vida Fit, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, and wellness resources designed to support your goals. Because our services are personalized and involve reserved time, resources, and preparation, refund policies vary by service type.

Coaching Services & Memberships

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, program development, and reserved coaching availability, payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

This includes:

  • Private personal training packages

  • Hybrid coaching memberships

  • Online coaching programs

  • Self-guided app memberships after access has been provided

If you experience an unexpected medical or emergency circumstance, please contact Viva Your Vida Fit to discuss your situation. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Events & Workshops

Event registrations are non-refundable within the stated cancellation window provided for each individual event. If you are unable to attend, please contact Viva Your Vida Fit as soon as possible.

Event transfers may be considered when appropriate and approved prior to the event date.

Digital Products & Resources

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, and immediate access materials, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Cancellations

Membership cancellations must follow the cancellation terms outlined in the applicable service agreement. Cancelling a recurring membership prevents future charges but does not provide refunds for completed billing periods.
